MÉTODOS DE TREINAMENTO


 

PERGUNTA: treino
um professor eleborou um tipo de treino q consiste em três series de modo decrescente : 12; 10; 8. e elevando a carga quando diminui uma repetição. Qual o obejetivo?

 

 Existem  básicamente dois métodos de Pirâmide : Crescente o modelo utilizado pelo seu professor e Decrescente.

Este método segundo GODOY,1994:54, fundamenta-se na correlação Volume x Intensidade de treinamento. A cada set/série ocorre a diminuição ou aumento do número de repetições realizadas e simultâneo aumento ou diminuição do peso.

Pirâmide crescente

Vantagens:

- Preparação do sistema neuro-muscular de maneira gradativa para esforços mais intensos;
- Preparação psicológica para os sets mais pesados;
- Estimula unidades motoras de diferentes potenciais de excitação, durante o treinamento;

Assim como outros métodos deve ser utilizado em uma periodização
